 You'll have the opportunity to share experiences and network with peers and participate in three 121 coaching sessions

    • Understand how each of the elements apply to you and your role
    • Take the time to think about how your own EI can impact on those around you
    • Assess your level of self-awareness with various tools and techniques
  • Organisational Context
    • You will determine the expectations of your organisation, where this means you are spending most of your time as leaders and the impact on your team
    • Use the Cultural web to understand how you might need to apply your learning differently
    • Develop your understanding of change and how to manage it

  • Building Trusting Relationships (part 1)
    • Understand how to build trust and it's importance in the context of leadership
    • Introduction to the trust equation and applying it to your peers and team members
    • How to establish, grow, and extend relationships with stakeholders, employees, and customers alike
